About the Event
Kind Hearts~Warm Hands: A Family Yoga Experience
Join us for a heartwarming family yoga session themed around compassion, titled "Kind Hearts~Warm Hands." This unique event encourages families to practice yoga together while fostering a spirit of giving. Participants are invited to bring new or gently used mittens and gloves, which will be donated to children in need through "Mrs. Clause for a Cause." Through mindful movement and shared intentions, families will connect with each other and the community, spreading warmth and kindness during this special yoga experience.
If you have a yoga mat for yourself and your child, please bring them. If not, we have several mats to borrow.
We encourage you to arrive five to ten minutes early to check-in and get settled before our yoga begins. We're looking forward to our yoga time together!
