About the Event
Kind Hearts~Warm Hands: Children's & Family Compassion Yoga Experience
Join us for a heartwarming children's and family yoga session themed around compassion, titled "Kind Hearts~Warm Hands." Join us for a heart-centered Compassion Yoga class where children may attend on their own, or families are warmly invited to practice together. This unique event encourages children and families to enjoy yoga while fostering a spirit of giving. Participants are invited to bring new or gently used mittens or gloves, which will be donated to children in need through "Mrs. Claus for a Cause." Compassion will be our focus both on the mat and by spreading warmth and kindness to our commuity during this special yoga experience.
If you have a yoga mat for yourself and your child, please bring them. If not, we have several mats to borrow.
