About the Event
I'm so excited to be offering children's yoga in a new location . If your child is new to yoga, I'm so glad he/she is brave enough to give yoga a try. If your child has done yoga with me before, I can't wait to see them on their mat to experience the fun and many benefits of yoga!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. Thank you!
Our time together will be spent learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!
We end our class with calming our bodies and minds, so I will open the doors a bit after 5:15 pm when our time together is finished.
