About the Event
- Your child will come from his/her classroom to the gym when the afternoon bell rings. Â I will pick up all the kindergartners from their classrooms and bring them to the gym!Â
- Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Â I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat.
- Your child is welcome to bring a healthy, easy to eat snack to enjoy on his/her yoga mat before our yoga practice begins at 3:30 pm.
- Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds! Â Â
