About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a preschool story time yoga for young children ages 2-5 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy! We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child. You and your child will have an active and fun experience with songs, movement, a story followed by corresponding yoga poses, breath work, and rest. If you have a yoga mat for yourself and your child, please bring them and if not, we have several mats to borrow.
We encourage you to arrive five to ten minutes early to check-in and let your child get familiar with our space. We're looking forward to our yoga time together!
