About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2-6 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy! We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child. Our Story Time Yoga is an active and fun experience with songs, movement, a story followed by corresponding yoga poses, breath work, and rest.
If you have a yoga mat for yourself and your child, please bring them. If not, we have several mats to borrow.
We encourage you to arrive five to ten minutes early to check-in and let your child get familiar with our space. We're looking forward to our yoga time together!
