EAD Story Time Yoga~Parent/Caregiver & Me

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2-6 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy!  We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child.  Our Story Time Yoga is an active and fun experience with songs, playful movement, a story followed by corresponding yoga poses, breath work, and a time to love up on your child through rest. We've also added about ten minutes for a "Brain & Body Boost" activity designed to build some preschool skills- all while keeping the little yogis moving, laughing, and engaged. Each child/family will receive a copy of the book we read together- to keep and enjoy again and again!

If you have a yoga mat for yourself and your child, please bring them. If not, we have several mats to borrow.
