Fox Creek Before School- Friendship Yoga

Our Friendship yoga class is the perfect class to invite a friend to do yoga with you.  We'll be doing a variety of partner poses to enjoy yoga together and support each other.   If a friend can't join you, there will be lots of young yogis there to do yoga with and maybe you will make a new friend.  This will be a great class for children who would like to try out yoga for the first time AND for children who already love yoga.  

Please bring a yoga mat or towel along with a water bottle.  Wearing a mask is optional.

****Your child will need to bring a completed and signed waiver to participate in our yoga class.
