Fox Creek BEFORE School: "I am!" 3 Week Session (last 3 weeks of 6 week session)

• This is the perfect opportunity for your child who wants to give yoga a try!  If your child tried the first threee weeks of this session and has enjoyed his/her yoga experience, you can register your child for the last three weeks of our "I am!" session.
• Our theme for this three week session is "I am!"  Through yoga, your child will work on believing in themselves using "I" statements such as ,"I am strong, I am confident, I am me!"  If you want to help your child believe in themselves and what they are capable of achieving, this is the perfect session to enroll them in!  We will be doing yoga poses, practicing our breathing, enjoying partner poses/games with others and calming our bodies!
• Please have your child bring a yoga mat (we have many to borrow) along with a water bottle.

****Your child will need to bring a completed and signed waiver to participate in our yoga class.
