Fox Creek Before School- "It's Time to Glow" Yoga

"It's Time to Glow" is a fun yoga class designed to brighten our yoga time together.  Your child will receive glow sticks to use and he/she can wear bright clothes.  Our yoga class will include yoga poses, partner poses, a game and a time for calming/relaxing.  This will be a great class for children who would like to try out yoga for the first time AND for children who already love yoga.   

Please bring a yoga mat or towel along with a water bottle.  Wearing a mask is optional.

****Your child will need to bring a completed and signed waiver to participate in our yoga class.
