About the Event
- Our theme for this three week session is Better Together. Through yoga, your child will work on yoga skills along with learning collaboration skills as we do partner poses and group poses/games. Working together with others is a life long skill and a children's yoga class is the perfect way to practice these skills in a fun and interactive way. Our time together will be spent on learning yoga poses, practicing our breathing, working together in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies!
- Please have your child bring a yoga mat or towel along with a water bottle.
