Wednesday, September 10 from 3:40 to 4:30 pm All three Children's Yoga classes will have the same theme, "Be GREAT Today!" but each class will have a different focus and different yoga poses, games and activities! Sign your child(ren) up for one, two or all three!

About the Event
Your child will come from his/her classroom to the gym when the afternoon bell rings. I will pick up all the kindies from their classrooms and bring them to the gym right before the bell rings!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack because many children forget their water bottle in their classroom at the end of the day. Thank you!
Your child is welcome to bring a healthy, easy to eat snack to enjoy on his/her yoga mat before our yoga practice begins at 3:40 pm. Some ideas include a cheese stick, cut up fruit/veggies, granola bar or cheese/crackers.
