Thursday, April 17 from 3:40 to 4:30 pm Our Children's Yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday will have the same theme "SPRING into Action with Yoga," but each class will be designed to have different yoga poses, games and activities! Sign your child(ren) up for one or both!

About the Event
Your child will come from his/her classroom to the gym when the afternoon bell rings. I will pick up all the kindies from their classrooms and bring them to the gym right before the bell rings!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack because many children forget their water bottle in their classroom at the end of the day. Thank you!
Your child is welcome to bring a healthy, easy to eat snack to enjoy on his/her yoga mat before our yoga practice begins at 3:40 pm. Some ideas include a cheese stick, cut up fruit/veggies, granola bar or cheese/crackers.
