Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 7:30-8:20 am Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Children's Yoga classes all have the same theme but will be three different classes! Your child can come to one, two or all three!

About the Event
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Â I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack. Thank you!
Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!
The children will be excused from yoga and walk to their classrooms. I will accompany all kindergarteners to their classrooms.
