About the Event
Our time together will be spent on learning yoga poses, practicing our breathing, working together in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies!
Please have your child dress in comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. (We have yoga mats for your child to borrow)
