Fox Creek Elementary, HR- BEFORE School Yoga: "I am Strong!"

You can check your child in for our before school yoga by coming through the outside door of the gym.

Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.  I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack. Thank you!

Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!

The children will be excused from yoga and walk to their classrooms. I will accompany all kindergarteners to their classrooms.
