Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 7:30-8:20 am Our Children's Yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday will have the same theme "SPRING into Action with Yoga," but each class will be designed to have different yoga poses, games and activities! Sign your child(ren) up for one or both!

About the Event
It would be helpful if you brought your young yogis 5-10 minutes early so they can check in and set up their mats before class begins at 7:30! Thank you so much!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack. Thank you!
Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!
The children will be excused from yoga to walk to their classrooms. I will accompany all kindergarteners to their classrooms.
