About the Event
- "Glow and Flow" is a fun yoga class designed to BRIGHTEN our yoga time together. Â Your child will receive glow sticks to use during yoga and he/she can wear bright clothes. Â Our yoga class will include yoga poses including a few flows, partner poses, a game and a time for calming/relaxing. Â This will be a great class for children who would like to try out yoga for the first time AND for children who already love yoga. Â
- Please bring a yoga mat or towel along with a water bottle. Â
