About the Event
Our theme for this session, Happy Body, Happy Mind, Happy Me! will focus on the benefits of yoga for children’s bodies and minds in a fun, interactive way leading to a happier child! Each class is designed to incorporate movement, breathing techniques, yoga postures, games, focus and rest in a child friendly environment. Children attending will be required to wear a mask and our mats will be 6 feet apart for appropriate social distancing.
