Saturday, April 26 from 9:00 to 10:00 am Young Heart Yogis has three fun and engaging classes with the theme, "SPRING into Action with Yoga!" If your child came to yoga at FC earlier this month, this class will have different yoga poses, games and activities than those. See you on your mat!

About the Event
We look forward to seeing your children. It would be helpful if you brought your young yogis 5-10 minutes early so they can check in, set up their mats, and get settled before class begins. Thank you so much!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. Thank you!
Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!
To make sure our young yogis get their special calming time at the end of our yoga class, I will open the door when our class is over at 10:00 for you to come in and pick up your happy and calm child.
