About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2-6 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy!
We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child. You and your child will experience songs, movement, a story followed by corresponding yoga poses, breath work, and rest in a fun and active way.
Our time together now includes about 10 minutes of a Brain & Body Boost activity designed to build important preschool skills.
Starting this September, each time you and your little one join us for a class, he/she will take home a copy of the story we read together-to keep and enjoy again and again!
Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat (we have several mats to borrow).
