Kind Hands, Warm Hearts Preschool Story Time Yoga, ages 2-5

We will be reading The Mitten by Jan Brett and including movement, songs, yoga poses, and rest in our preschool yoga class.  Our Kind Hearts, Warm Hands children's yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for your child to learn the importance of compassion.  As we gather hats, gloves, and mittens for families in need this winter, hopefully your child will find how giving fills our hearts with love and happiness.  

*Please have your child bring a yoga mat (we have many to borrow) along with a water bottle.

**Your child will need to bring a completed and signed waiver to participate in our yoga class.
