About the Event
This special children's yoga class is designed for children to share their KIND HEARTS to help WARM the HANDS of families in need this holiday season. Along with the $5 registration fee, your child is invited to bring a pair of mittens, pair of gloves or a warm hat (for ages children through adult). These will be donated to the Outer Wear at the Journey Christmas Store for families in need. Our yoga class will include yoga poses, partner poses, a game and a time for relaxing.
