Montrose Mother's Day Story Time Yoga~with Mom/Grandma/Caregiver

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a special Mother's Day Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2 thru 6 and their mom/grandma/caregiver.  This special yoga time will include listening to a story followed by acting out the story with yoga poses. The children and adults will experience songs, movement, breath work, yoga poses and rest in a fun, active, and engaging way.  We will also include some partner poses for you to connect with your child in a loving way.  

I look forward to celebrating all of the Mom's during this special event!  Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat (we have several mats to borrow). You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to check-in and let your child get familiar with our space.
