About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a special Mother's Day Adolescent yoga event for ages 11-18 and their mom/caregiver. You and your child will experience movement, breathing, yoga postures, focus and rest side by side during our special yoga class. Â We will also include some partner poses for you to connect with your child in a fun and loving way. Â Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for our yoga class. Â I look forward to celebrating all the Mom's during this special event!
