Mother's Day Children's Yoga

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a special Mother's Day children's yoga event for ages 6-12 and their mom/caregiver. You and your child will experience movement, breathing, yoga poses, and rest side by side during our special yoga class.  We will also include some partner poses for the two of you to connect in a fun and loving way.  Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for our yoga class (we have several to borrow if you need one).  All Moms, Grandmas and Caregivers may attend this event free of charge as a thank you for all that you do.  I look forward to celebrating all the Mom's during this special event!
