Mother's Day Preschool/Kindergarten Story Time Yoga~Parent/Caregiver & Me

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a special Mother's Day Preschool/Kindergarten Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2 thru kindergarten and their mom/grandma/caregiver.  This special yoga time will include listening to a story followed by acting out the story with yoga poses. You and your child will experience songs, movement, breathing, focus and rest in a fun and active way.  We will also include some partner poses for you to connect with your child in a loving way.  I look forward to celebrating all the Mom's during this special event!  Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat (we have several mats to borrow). You are welcome to arrive between 10:00-10:15 to check-in and let your child get familiar with our space. The $10 fee is for each child attending, all Moms, Grandmas and Caregivers may attend this event free of charge to celebrate all that you do!
