About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a special Mother's Day Preschool Story Time Yoga for young children ages 3-5 and their mom/caregiver. This special yoga time will include listening to a story followed by acting out the story with yoga poses. You and your child will experience movement, breathing, focus and rest in a fun and active way. We will also include some partner poses for you to connect with your child in a fun and loving way. Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share. You are welcome to arrive between 1:00-1:15 to check in and let your child get familiar with our space. I look forward to celebrating all the Mom's during this special event!
