Pine Grove Elementary After School: Self-Confidence 5 Week Session

• Our theme for this five week session is Self-Confidence.  Through yoga, your child will work on believing in themselves, using courage, working hard/persevering, and finding joy that all lead to self-confidence.  If you want to help your child be happy, healthy and confident, this is the perfect session!  We will be doing yoga poses, practicing our breathing, enjoying partner poses/games with others and calming our bodies!  
• Please have your child bring a yoga mat or towel along with a water bottle.  Wearing a mask is optional.

****Your child will need to bring a completed and signed waiver to participate in our yoga class.
