Preschool Story Time Yoga~Parent/Caregiver & Me (Lone Tree Library)

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a preschool story time yoga for young children ages 2-5 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy!  We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child.   You and your child will experience songs, movement, a story followed by yoga poses, breathing, focus and rest in a fun and active way.    Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat. We also have mats to borrow. You are welcome to arrive between 10:00-10:15 to check-in and let your child get familiar with our space.  The $10 fee is for each child attending, parents and caregivers get to enjoy this time for free.
