Preschool Story Time Yoga~Parent/Caregiver & Me - LT

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a preschool story time yoga for young children ages 2-5 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy!  We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child.  This yoga class will include listening to a story followed by acting out the story with yoga poses.  You and your child will experience songs, a story, movement, breathing, focus and rest in a fun and active way.  Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat.  You are welcome to arrive between 10:00-10:15 to check in and let your child get familiar with our space.  The $10 fee is for each child attending (parents and caregivers do not pay for the class).
