Preschool Story Time Yoga~Parent/Caregiver & Me - (SR)

Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a preschool story time yoga for young children ages 2-5 this summer!  We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child.  This yoga class will include listening to a story followed by acting out the story with yoga poses.  You and your child will experience movement, breathing, and rest in a fun and ineractive way.  Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat.  You are welcome to arrive between 8:45 to 9:00 to check-in and let your child get familiar with our space.
