About the Event
Your child will come from his/her classroom to the gym when the afternoon bell rings. I will pick up all the kindies from their classrooms and bring them to the gym right before the bell rings!
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. It might be a nice idea to pack an extra water bottle on our yoga day since many children forget to bring their water bottle from the classroom. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat.
Your child is welcome to bring a healthy, easy to eat snack to enjoy on his/her yoga mat before our yoga practice begins at 3:40 pm. Some ideas include a cheese stick, cut up fruit/veggies, granola bar or fruit snacks.
Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying…
