About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to be offering children's yoga to the Sterling Ranch Community! Our children's yoga class is for elementary school age children kindergarten through sixth grade. Our time together will be an active and fun experience filled with movement, yoga postures, breathing, games and rest. Please have your child bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class. I look forward to celebrating your child through the practice of yoga and meeting you!
