About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to be offering children's yoga to the Sterling Ranch Community! Â Our children's yoga class is for elementary school age children kindergarten through sixth grade. Â Our time together will be an active and fun experience filled with movement, yoga postures, breathing, games and rest. Â Please have your child bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class. Â I look forward to celebrating your child through the practice of yoga and meeting you!
