Story Time Yoga "Kind Hearts~Warm Hands" Saturday at EAD

Young Heart Yogis is thrilled to be offering a children's yoga class that gives children the opportunity to show compassion. Our "Kind Hearts~Warm Hands" yoga class will have a theme of "compassion" and children are encouraged to bring a pair of mittens or gloves for children in need this Winter. All donations will be given to "Mrs. Claus for a Cause" this holiday season.

We are excited to offer a Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2-6 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy!  We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child.  Our Story Time Yoga is an active and fun experience with songs, playful movement, a story followed by corresponding yoga poses, breath work, and a time to love up on your child through rest.
