Wed, Sept. 10; Thurs, Sept. 11 & Friday, Sept. 12 from 7:30-8:20 am All three of our Children's Yoga classes will have the same theme, "Be GREAT Today!" but each class will be designed to have a special focus along with different yoga poses, games and activities!

About the Event
You can check your child in for our before school yoga by coming through the outside door of the gym.
Please have your child bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I have several mats to borrow if your child does not have his/her own mat. On our yoga day, it might be nice for your child to pack an extra water bottle in his/her backpack. Thank you!
Our time together will be spent on learning new yoga poses, practicing breathing techniques, collaborating in partner poses, enjoying group poses/games, and calming our bodies and minds!
The children will be excused from yoga and walk to their classrooms. I will accompany all kindergarteners to their classrooms.
