Winter Break Children's Yoga, K-6th graders

Children can take a break from staying at home or playing in the snow to join us for some yoga and fun during their Winter Break!  This one and a half hour children's yoga class will consist of some yoga, partner poses, games, activities and a very COOL obstacle course.  If your child has attended a Young Heart Yogi's summer camp, this will be a very similar format, but it will be inside a cozy, warm gym instead of outdoors.  

*Please have your child bring a yoga mat (we have many to borrow) along with a water bottle.

**Your child will need to bring a completed and signed waiver to participate in our yoga class.

A completed waiver is good for the entire year so you will only need to complete this task once in 2023, thank you!

Since this is Young Heart Yogi's first event of 2023, everyone will need a new waiver to participate.  We'll have paper copies available at check-in.  Thank you!
