- Practice all of the skills you need when playing sports.
- We will be focusing on strength, balance and flexibility.
- Let's have fun with a variety of sports and maybe you'll enjoy a sport you've never tried before.
- Put on your sunscreen, wear a hat if you want, bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Â
- Be ready to have some fun playing a variety of sports!
