About the Event
Our theme for this session is called, It's time to FLOW! In this fun and joyful session, our main focus will be connecting yoga postures into a sequence or a flow. The young yogis will be guided through movements that will optimize their strength, flexibility, balance and courage. There will also be time for games and relaxation! Children attending will be required to wear a mask and our mats will be 6 feet apart for appropriate social distancing.
