About the Event
Young Heart Yogis is excited to offer a Preschool Story Time Yoga for young children ages 2-5 that promotes whole child wellness and literacy!
We've added the Parent/Caregiver aspect to make this a special time for you to connect with your child. You and your child will experience songs, movement, a story followed by corresponding yoga poses, breath work, and rest in a fun and active way.
Please bring a yoga mat for you and your little one to share or you can each have your own mat (we have several mats to borrow).
We encourage you to arrive five to ten minutes early to check-in, get your mats laid out, and let your child get familiar with our space.
We're looking forward to our yoga time together. See you on your mat!
